About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our Global Functions talent acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the recruiting strategy and output for your domain, ensuring we attract and hire top talent for roles spanning from Global and Regional Marketing, Operations, Advertisement, and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 4-6 Talent Acquisition professionals, consisting of a mix of full-time employees and external recruitment contractors, and deliver hires when required.
  • Develop and own a hiring strategy that enables the business to scale up, including effective sourcing strategies, processes & tools, diversity, talent brand & marketing, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to proactively understand business goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate a high-performing, efficient, and healthy team culture that prioritizes candidate experience.
  • Coach and mentor your team in group sessions and one-on-one settings, providing feedback, goal setting, and career planning.
  • Educate and guide your team on best practice usage of our systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements
  • Prior experience of leading a talent acquisition team.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and set the right tone for the team.
  • Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Able to lead, influence, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and adaptable to change.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Possess a growth mindset and a commitment to developing skills and knowledge.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders.
