Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Architecture and Design: Design and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures, ensuring that they meet the needs of the business.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure that software meets business requirements.
  • Code Quality and Security: Ensure that code is of high quality, secure, and meets industry standards.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Utilize existing monitoring tools to ensure system stability and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of back-end experience working with Vanilla PHP.
  • Previous experience in a Tech Lead role.
  • Experience working with API integrations.
  • Ability to conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
  • Good understanding of architecture & software design.
  • Good grasp of the software testing discipline.
  • Understanding of security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent communication in English.
  • Ability to give effective feedback.
