About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled researcher to join our team at Åbo Akademi University as a project researcher in the Academy of Finland financed project Who will defend democracy? The elite-mass linkage in attitudes towards democratic principles.

The project examines support for democratic principles and practices among politicians, relying on cross-sectional and panel survey data from Finland and established democracies to conduct extensive empirical analyses. The researcher will plan surveys and survey experiments, run the surveys and experiments, and analyze the data. Additionally, the researcher will actively participate in authoring articles and contribute to the dynamic academic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research within the project, both independently and as part of the research team.

Requirements
