About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Manager to join our team at Nordea. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and providing exceptional support to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary contact person for Nordea-wide units and stakeholders for the applications you are responsible for.
  2. Maintain applications in terms of operations and support in close collaboration with application team, support team, and other Nordea units.
  3. Involve in incident resolution and Root Cause Analysis and Problem management of incidents related to your applications.
  4. Ensure preventive actions are taken during root cause analysis of incidents.
  5. Help in impact analysis of incidents by analyzing various metrics and indicators.
  6. Ensure compliance of your applications according to Nordea Application Management Guidelines in collaboration with application team and application owner.
  7. Ensure data related to your applications portfolio are up to date in various systems.
  8. Involve in budgeting for your applications and follow-up costs vs. budget periodically.
  9. Drive or involve in various decision-making for your application portfolio.
  10. Contribute to building ways of working / processes with other application providers.
  11. Drive communication with various stakeholders across different organizations within Nordea regarding your application portfolio.
Requirements
  1. Strong technical experience/background in IT (e.g. as Developer, Architect, Devops, QA, Operations or IT Project Manager).
  2. Good understanding of IT infrastructure and architectures.
  3. Knowledge and understanding of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana or similar is a clear plus.
  4. Analytical, persistent, and can-do attitude.
  5. Great interpersonal and collaboration skills, as well as driving things further by taking necessary actions.
