About the Role

Vestas is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Vaasa, Finland. As a member of our Customer Service Management team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with customers based on partnership and terms included in service contracts.

In this role, you will create, build, and retain first-class customer relationships and efficient internal collaboration resulting in high customer satisfaction as well as solid financial growth for both the customer and Vestas.

Your key responsibilities will include acting on behalf of the customer internally within Vestas, calculating and following up on the cost and profitability of service contracts, creating and handling administrative routines with new and existing customers, and handling daily communication with customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably combined with experience from commercial and/or legal position in similar or other global industries, good technical understanding or strong will to learn it, skills in delivering on budget and ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a cost-efficient way, and professional verbal and written communication in English.
