We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Back Office Specialist to join our team at AGC Glass Europe. As a Sales Back Office Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a high-quality end-to-end customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

As a Sales Back Office Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a customer service specialist to ensure a high-quality end-to-end customer experience.
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Managing orders in SAP, determining the best sourcing, ordering transportation, and resolving issues to meet customer needs.
  • Handling claims management and working closely with Credit Control to follow up on payments.
  • Updating CRM and assisting the Market Manager in administrative tasks such as data management, data analysis, and price list updates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar function, with a strong interest in the glass industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and suppliers, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and the ability to take initiatives.
  • Experience with data management, MS Office, and ERP/SAP systems is a plus.
