Job Description

The role of Online Content Specialist involves executing high-quality and relevant content on IKEA digital channels to improve search engine relevance, strengthen the IKEA brand, and increase online visits, engagement, and conversions.

Daily Tasks
  • Manage content localization process: adjust global material for local adaptation to secure local relevance for Swedish language in-store communication and online communication for Swedish language website.
  • Manage & review digital assets and publish locally relevant content on IKEA digital channels based on received plans.
  • Measuring performance of content to optimize and improve KPIs, and contribute to the development with insights, recommendations, and solutions in the area of content.
  • Work closely daily with communications, range, merchandising, SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and digital performance functions to secure cross-functional alignment in the wider E-commerce matrix.
