We're looking for a professional and experienced HR candidate for the position of HR Business Partner, Group and GBS (Group Business Services).

The selected candidate will play a crucial role to drive the annual people cycle processes, including talent acquisition, performance management process facilitation, employee engagement initiatives implementation as well as required people projects for the Group and GBS teams; this role will also provide strategic partnership and HR advice to assigned business teams/leaders to build a highly motivated and capable team globally If you're a strong HRBP professional with solid talent CoE experiences, don't hesitate to apply

Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Build powerful partnerships and shape the future of our business You'll be a trusted HR advisor to key stakeholders, working closely with them to understand their business challenges and unlock opportunities for the future.
  • Lead and drive the talent CoE process for assigned business units, including Talent Acquisition, performance management, key talent process, succession planning discussion, employee engagement etc. by collaborating with People experience teams in other business areas in Fiskars group;
  • Own the implementation of key people programs; Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement organization, culture and talent related topics and projects;
  • Build strong relationships with global HR community to provide support on the people cases located in various countries globally;
  • Provide support to relevant HR initiatives as required.
We expect the ideal candidate to have:
  • Strong HRBP experience (5+ years), especially in a multinational company environment;
  • Solid knowledge and experience in at least one sub-function of Talent CoE, e.g. Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Diversity and Inclusion, internal communications etc. Ideally with strong TA background;
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in a suitable field (e.g. Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or other)
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and various departments
  • Proficiency with HR systems (preferably with Workday).

This role will be based at our HQ in Espoo, Finland and reports to Ian Zhao, HR Director, Group and GBS (ian.zhao@fiskars.com).
