We are now looking for a Business Controller to our Country Office team in Helsinki

Your role in our team.

The Business Controller's primary responsibilities are ensuring that the company's objectives are met through actions, follow ups, analysis, and budgeting.

Your main work tasks include analyzing the company's sales and results, acting on deviations, and supporting your colleagues at the Country Office and Head Office. You will prepare follow-ups of short and long-term defined KPIs and ad hoc issues. You will drive the budget process within the organization and ensure that economic processes are carried out in accordance with legislation and the Lindex concept.

This role also includes contact and collaboration with various departments within Lindex, as well as with stakeholders and authorities. We believe that you want to develop the role further and find areas for improvement.

The position is full-time and starts as soon as possible. In this position, you will report to the Country Manager.

  • Business analytic skills
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written; Swedish is considered a merit.
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel and PowerBI; experience with Tagetik is considered a merit.
