Product Owner – johda integraatiokehittämistä, joka sähköistää Suomen tulevaisuutta

Nyt haemme Product Owneria, joka ottaa vetovastuun integraatiokehittämisestä – sinun käsissäsi on tulevaisuuden sähköverkon tietovirrat, dataekosysteemit ja kyvykkyydet. Mitä pääset tekemään?

Tässä tehtävässä vastaat integraatioalueen kehittämisestä ja backlogien hallinnasta – sekä Frends- että Azure-puolella. Toimit tiiviissä yhteistyössä liiketoiminnan, ulkoisten toimittajien ja kehittäjätiimien kanssa. Sinun vastuullasi on varmistaa, että kehitys etenee suunnitellusti ja bisnes saa sen, mitä tarvitsee.

Tässä roolissa:

  • Johdat integraatiotiimien arkea ja backlogia yhdessä tiimin kanssa
  • Vastuullasi on kahden alustan kehitystoiminta: pääpaino on Frends-integraatioissa (80 % roolista), mutta Azuren rooli kasvaa
  • Tulet olemaan mukana integraatioalustan teknologisen suunnan määrittelyssä ja päätöksenteossa
  • Johdat sprinttejä, priorisoit tehtäviä ja varmistat, että kehitys pysyy liiketoimintatavoitteissa
  • Toimit ketterän kehityksen mahdollistajana ja kehittämisen "koneen sydämenä"

Olet liiketoiminnan tärkeä linkki

  • Keskustelet aktiivisesti liiketoiminnan kanssa: mitä tarvitaan, missä mennään, mitä voidaan tehdä fiksummin
  • Huolehdit siitä, että julkaisut tehdään hallitusti ja testaus toimii
  • Tuet myös operatiivisissa tilanteissa – jos integraatio ei toimi, varmistat että toimittaja selvittää syyn

Vedät kumppani-API-ajattelua uudelle tasolle

  • Carunalla on paljon kumppaneita ja urakoitsijoita – autat rakentamaan parempia rajapintoja ja uusia integraatiokyvykkyyksiä
  • Sinulla on rooli ekosysteemin kehittäjänä – autat rakentamaan tulevaisuuden data-infraa vihreän siirtymän tueksi

Mitä projekteja on tulossa?

Carunalla kehitys on kunnianhimoista ja tähtää korkealle, ja sinun roolisi on todella keskeisessä osassa projekteissamme.

Esimerkkejä isoista projekteista:

  • Mittari+: olemme vaihtamassa 700 000 älymittaria, jotka mahdollistavat massiiviset reaaliaikaiset tietovirrat kulutustietojen ja mittaritapahtumien osalta
  • Integraatioarkkitehtuuri: Frends, Azure-integraatioiden skaalaus ja real-time event -kyvykkyyksien rakentaminen
  • Energiansiirron skenaariotyökalu: mahdollistaa ennustamisen ja nopeamman reagoinnin sähköverkon kuormitukseen ja tila muutoksiin hajautetun tuotannon osalta

Millaisen tyypin haluamme?

Tässä roolissa menestyminen ei vaadi 20 vuoden kokemusta – tärkeintä on draivi, kyky organisoida kehitystyötä ja ymmärrys integraatioista. Saat pariksesi kokeneen integraatioarkkitehdin, joten et ole yksin.

Toivomme sinulta:

  • Kokemusta Product Ownerina tai teknisenä projektipäällikkönä, mielellään ketterässä kehityksessä
  • Ymmärrystä integraatioista (Frends ja Azure plussaa)
  • Hyviä viestintätaitoja ja halua keskustella liiketoiminnan kanssa
  • Kykyä priorisoida, selkeyttää ja viedä asioita maaliin
  • Sujuvaa suomea ja hyvää englannin taitoa

Taustasi voi olla esim. devaaja, joka on siirtynyt PO-rooliin – tärkeintä on, että haluat olla mukana rakentamassa jotain isoa ja merkityksellistä ja sinulta löytyy draivia.
