What You'll Be Doing

As a Product Consultant, you will manage project and training tasks related to our Mepco product family, playing a key role in customer onboarding, driving implementation and development projects. You'll work on a variety of tasks, from large-scale projects to maintaining and nurturing customer relationships. Your primary focus will be ensuring customer success by aligning our products with customer needs and best practices. Additionally, you will support customer service with expert guidance, test functionalities, and streamline processes to enhance efficiency.

Your role will focus on our Mepco Keikat software, but cross-product collaboration is vital to our success. Thus, you'll get to work closely with various teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers with diverse needs. If you thrive on solving challenges, finding solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders, this role might be a great fit. You'll be backed by a skilled, 7-member team that works in a flexible hybrid model. The position is full-time and permanent.

You might be the expert we are looking for if you:

  1. Have prior experience with Mepco Keikat software, perhaps as a superuser or through working on implementations.
  2. Have gained relevant experience as a superuser or in the implementation of other payroll, HR, or similar systems.
  3. Have a basic understanding of collective agreements.
  4. Have a basic knowledge of gig-work-model.

A proactive attitude toward serving customers in the best possible way, taking responsibility for your work, and a genuine enthusiasm for developing and maintaining your expertise are at the core of this role.

We value your ability to identify key aspects and solutions for various issues and to present them in a clear and easily understandable way. The ability to grasp system-wide concepts is crucial in this role.

The position requires excellent Finnish and English skills, while Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
