We are now hiring for our Graduate Program 2025 which officially starts on the 1st of September.

Our graduate program is designed for those who have recently graduated and are looking for their first job in the IT industry. As a graduate at twoday, you will become part of a large network of other graduates, participating in joint workshops and team-building activities several times a year.

At twoday, we strive to create a better future through technology. As a graduate, you will join us on this journey, helping to shape both our future and society's through innovative digital solutions.

As a Graduate at twoday, you'll be hired as a consultant from your first day and be a part of an actual team at one of our clients.

After completing the program and gaining hands-on experience from client projects, graduates will:

  • Contribute innovative ideas and engage in discussions with colleagues to develop the best solutions.

  • Be open to giving and receiving feedback to continuously improve our work processes and outcomes.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, fostering transparent communication and trust.

The Qualifications We Expect You to Have:

  • A relevant education related to Software Engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Informatics, or Software Design).
  • Solid experience in coding with technologies such as .NET, C#, or Java.
  • Good knowledge of working with agile methodologies.
  • Considered what it means to be a consultant in a consulting firm.
  • A strong team player who highly values collaboration and community.
  • Experience with coding outside of your studies (e.g., student job, volunteer work, teaching assistant, etc.).
  • Speak both Danish and English fluently.

Facts about the program:

  • Our program takes one year to complete.
  • There will be one annual Nordic Gathering with the other graduates from other countries and tracks.
  • You'll attend 3 workshops each with their own theme (How to be a consultant, how to be in a professional team, understanding the client).
  • You'll become a part of a large network of the talents of tomorrow.

  • Containers, Microservices, Kubernetes, Serverless
  • Azure Cloud Platform
  • CI/CD
  • Languages such as .NET, Java, Angular, Clojure, Blazor
  • Agile methodologies
  • Quality assurance – testing, test management, test automation, and tools
  • Project management

The Hiring Process:

  1. An online interview with a member of the TA team.
  2. An online technical coding assessment with one of our developers.
  3. An in-person interview with a Business Director and TA Partner.
  4. A phone conversation regarding terms and the employment contract.
