Financial Controller

liittymään osaksi pienten ja keskisuurten asiakkuuksien yksikköämme. Tuleva tiimisi toimii Helsingissä, Jyväskylässä, Lappeenrannassa ja Joensuussa, ja voit työskennellä millä tahansa näistä toimipisteistä. Lisäksi työskentelemme joustavasti hybridimallilla.

Financial Controllerina työskentelet eri toimialojen yritysten ja konsernien kanssa – asiakkuutesi vaihtelevat PK-sektorista yli 100 M€ liikevaihtoa tekeviin konserneihin. Roolissasi ennakoit asiakkaiden tarpeita ja ohjaat heitä konsultoivalla otteella. Vastaat asiakkuuksista kokonaisvaltaisesti, kehität taloushallintoa ja raportointia sekä edistät yhteistyötä. Toimit tiiviissä yhteistyössä tiimin kanssa ja koordinoit työtä, samalla varmistaen laadukkaan palvelun asiakkaan aikataulujen mukaisesti. Tiimisi lisäksi tukenasi on ison talon asiantuntijayhteisön osaaminen aina konserni- ja neuvonantoyksiköistä HR-asiantuntijoihin.

Arkeesi kuuluu esimerkiksi

  • asiakkaiden yhteyshenkilönä toimiminen ja proaktiivinen konsultointi taloushallinnon eri osa-alueilla
  • nimettyjen asiakkuuksien pääkirjanpito sekä konsernilaskennan tehtävät, kuten rahoituslaskelmat
  • tilinpäätöksien laatiminen yrityksille ja konserneille
  • tiimin työskentelyn koordinointi asiakkaan suuntaan
  • kuukausi-, vuosi- ja ad hoc –raportointi yritysten ja konsernien johdolle asiakkaan raportointiaikataulun mukaisesti
  • asiakkaiden taloushallinnon, raportoinnin ja prosessien kehittäminen.

Profiilisi

Sinulla on monipuolista kokemusta ulkoisesta laskennasta, kirjanpidosta ja tilinpäätöksistä sekä vahva halu kehittyä konsernilaskennan saralla. Viihdyt moniasiakasympäristön vaihtelevassa arjessa ja työskentelet mielelläsi tiimissä tuoden positiivista energiaa ympärillesi. Edistät yhteistyötä asiakkaan suuntaan konsultoivalla otteella ja olet taitava koordinoija.

Tehtävässä onnistumisen edellytykset ovat

  • vähintään 2 vuoden kokemus monipuolisista kirjanpidon ja tilinpäätöksen tehtävistä
  • vahva kiinnostus syventää asiantuntijuuttasi konsernilaskennassa
  • soveltuva korkeakoulutustausta (esimerkiksi liiketalouden tradenomi)
  • erinomainen valmius hyödyntää uusia järjestelmiä ja teknologiaa
  • asiakaslähtöinen, proaktiivinen ja konsultoiva työote sekä into oppia uutta
  • järjestelmällinen, tarkka ja laadukas työnjälki aikataulupaineista tai useista samanaikaisista tehtävistä huolimatta
  • sujuva suomen ja hyvä englannin kielen taito.
