Astara etsii nyt tiimiinsä kesän ajaksi Product Traineeta tuotehallinnan pariin. Tehtävä sopii hyvin autoalasta kiinnostuneelle opiskelijalle

Product Traineena pääset osallistumaan uusien Kia automallien lanseeraukseen Suomessa. Työtehtäviisi kuuluvat kokonaisvaltainen tuotetuki sekä tuotehallinnan avustavat tehtävät. Päivittäisessä työssäsi keskityt muun muassa tuotetietojen kokoamiseen sekä erilaisten markkinointimateriaalien luomiseen. Varmistat osaltasi, että myyntitiimillä, jälleenmyyjillä ja verkkosivuilla on ajantasaiset tiedot uusista tuotteista. Pääset myös valmistelemaan erilaisia raportteja myynnin ja markkinoinnin tueksi, kuten markkina-analyyseja. Teet tiivistä yhteistyötä tuotepäällikön kanssa.

Saatat olla etsimämme henkilö, mikäli etsit kesätyötä, ja haluat päästä työskentelemään autoalalle. Emme odota sinun olevan valmis ammattilainen, vaan tärkeintä on halu oppia, sekä aito kiinnostus ja motivaatio tehtävää kohtaan.

Sinulta odotamme:

  • Käynnissä olevia tehtävään soveltuvia korkeakouluopintoja, esim. liiketalous, rahoitus tai laskentatoimi.
  • Aitoa kiinnostusta autoalaa kohtaan sekä halua oppia tuotehallinnasta.
  • Analyyttisyyttä ja luovaa ongelmanratkaisukykyä.
  • Kykyä numeerisen ja tarkkuutta vaativan tiedon käsittelyyn.
  • Hyviä MS Office -taitoja, erityisesti Excel -osaamista, sekä valmiutta omaksua uusia järjestelmiä - Astaralla pääset työskentelemään mm. Salesforcen parissa.
  • Hyviä viestintä- ja kommunikointitaitoja suomeksi sekä kykyä kommunikoida englanniksi suullisesti ja kirjallisesti.

Lisäksi eduksi katsomme:

  • Aikaisempi kokemus vastaavista tehtävistä tai autoalalta.

Käytännön asiat:

Tässä määräaikaisessa ja kokoaikaisessa tehtävässä työllistyt suoraan asiakasyrityksemme Astara Auto Finlandin palvelukseen. Aloitus tehtävässä on toukokuun aikana, sopimuksen mukaan ja työsuhde kestää noin kolme kuukautta. Toimiston sijainti on Espoossa, ja tehtävässä on mahdollista tehdä osittain etätyötä työtehtävien niin salliessa. Toivomme kuitenkin valmiutta työskennellä säännöllisesti myös toimistolla, jotta työhön perehtyminen sujuu jouhevasti. Palkka tehtävässä on noin 2300-2700 €/kk välillä riippuen opintojesi vaiheesta sekä osaamisestasi, ja tarkempi palkkaus neuvotellaan ehdokaskohtaisesti.
