Tehtävänkuvaus

Testi-insinöörin tehtävässä työskentelet osana teknologiatiimiä ja roolissasi vastaat testaussuunnitelmien laatimisesta, testien valmisteluista ja niiden suorittamisesta suunnitelmien mukaisesti. Työskentelet pääasiassa tehtaalla ja kentällä Helsingissä ja Haminassa, joissa toteutetaan testejä eri vaiheissa. Tehtäviisi kuuluu myös testaustulosten ja mittaustulosten analysointi, sekä testauksessa saatujen palautteiden kerääminen ja raportointi.

Roolissa ylläpidät ja kehität testaukseen liittyviä menetelmiä, tiloja, välineitä ja laitteita, varmistaen niiden ajantasaisuuden ja toimivuuden. Lisäksi teet tiivistä yhteistyötä ABB Marine & Ports -yksikön sisäisten tiimien ja ulkoisten yhteistyökumppaneiden kanssa varmistaaksesi testauksen sujuvuuden ja kehityksen.

Tehtävä vaatii tarkkuutta, organisointikykyä ja yhteistyökykyä, sillä työskentelet erilaisten sidosryhmien kanssa ja vastaat monivaiheisten testausprosessien onnistumisesta.

Tehtävässä tulet työskentelemään pääosin Helsingin Vuosaaren toimipisteellä, mutta rooli sisältää myös viikkotasolla matkustusta Haminaan toimipisteelle, joten olethan avoin matkustamaan arjessasi.

Työtehtävät
  • Testaussuunnitelmien laatiminen
  • Testien valmisteleminen ja suorittaminen tehtaalla
  • Mekaniikkaan liittyvät työt (esim. testausympäristön rakentaminen)
  • Testi- ja mittaustulosten analysointi ja raportoiminen
  • Testaukseen liittyvien menetelmien, tilojen, välineiden ja laitteiden ylläpito ja kehitys
  • Aktiivinen yhteistyö ulkoisten ja sisäisten sidosryhmien kanssa
Etsimme
  • Tehtävään soveltuvaa koulutusta (Esim. automaatio tai sähkövoimatekniikan insinööri, (AMK/DI) sähkökäyttö ja sähkökoneet)
  • Relevanttia työkokemusta esim. testauksesta tai käyttöönotosta
  • Kiinnostusta oppia PLC-logiikoista, sekä Matlab ja Labview
  • Sujuvaa englannin ja hyvää suomen kielen taitoa
  • Matkustusvalmiutta Suomen sisällä Haminan ja Vuosaaren välillä
  • Tässä tehtävässä katsomme eduksi osaamisen sähkökoneiden, pien- ja keskijännitteisten taajuusmuuttujien sekä teollisuusautomaatiojärjestelmien parista. Edellä mainittujen lisäksi myös kaikenlainen harrastuneisuus tekniikan parissa katsotaan eduksi.
