Etsimme kokenutta, asiakas- ja käyttäjätarpeita ymmärtävää ja niistä sujuvia käyttäjäkulkuja monijärjestelmämaailmaan suunnittelevaa digitaalisten palveluiden suunnittelijaa. Sinulle on luontevaa ohjata ja tukea moniosaajatiimiä ja näin varmentaa koko palveluketjun toimivuus loppukäyttäjille.
Millaiseen tehtävään etsimme tekijää?
Etsimme kokenutta, useista järjestelmistä koostuvan palvelun jatkuvan kehittämisen ja ylläpitämisen ketterää tiimiä esimerkillään sekä osaamisellaan johtavaa ja tukevaa digitaalisten palveluiden suunnittelijaa.
Tässä roolissa pääset toteuttamaan suurien käyttäjämäärien järjestelmäkokonaisuutta ja haastamaan ja kehittämään niin itseäsi kuin palvelua kehittävää ja ylläpitävää tiimiä. Kokemusta jo kerryttäneenä vastaat palvelun suunnittelun toteuttamisessa tiedon keräämisestä, käyttäjäkokemuksen suunnittelusta ja sen dokumentoinnista aina suunnitelman mukaisen palvelun kehittämisen tukemiseen. Pääsetkin vaikuttamaan toteutukseen aina alusta loppuun - aidosti rakentamaan asiakkaan liiketoiminnan kannalta merkittäviä kokonaisuuksia.
Minkälaista henkilöä haemme?
Toivomme sinulta aiempaa kokemusta monijärjestelmäisen ympäristön käyttäjäkokemuksen suunnittelusta. Sinulta löytyy palvelumuotoilun koulutus ja/tai voimassa olevat sertifikaatit käyttäjäkokemussuunnittelusta tai suunnitteluohjelmista. Tehtävä vaatii myös suunnitteluohjelmien kuten Figma käyttökokemusta.
Sovit tiimiin loistavasti, jos:
- Olet valmis laittamaan oman panoksesi tiimityöhön ja olet valmis olemaan asioita eteenpäin vievä voima ja haluat aidosti auttaa asiakkaita saavuttamaan parhaan mahdollisen palvelumallin.
- Sinulta löytyy aiempaa useamman vuoden näyttöä digitaalisten palveluiden määrittelystä ja käyttäjäkokemuksen suunnittelusta, toteutuksesta, analysoinnista sekä työpajojen vetämisestä että tulosten kuvaamisesta.
- Sinulla on useamman vuoden kokemus suunnittelutyökaluista kuten Figma tai Adobe Creative Cloud ja olet tottunut laadukkaiden käyttäjäkertomusten kirjoittamiseen.
- Valtaosa asiakasyhteistyöstä tehdään suomeksi ja odotammekin sinulta valmiutta työskennellä suomeksi sekä englanniksi.

Vaikka tiimimme on usein monipaikkainen, -kulttuurinen ja -kielinen, odotamme sinulta valmiutta työskennellä englannin lisäksi suomen kielellä. Meillä ei tehdä töitä otsa rypyssä, vaan osaamme myös nauraa itsellemme. Pärjäätkin mainiosti, jos otat asiat välillä huumorin kautta
Hybridimallimme mukaan saat tilanteen salliessa valita itse työskentelypaikkasi, mutta luonnollisesti konsulttialalla tulee myös projekteja, joissa läsnäoloa välillä kaivataan pääkaupunkiseudulla.
