About this opportunity
You will be working with one team that has end to end responsibility of deliveries. You will contribute to raising agile mindset and practices in Nordea Finance by growing cross-functional, self-organized, empowered teams that deliver customer value.
What you will be doing:
- Facilitating agile events (daily stand-up, sprint planning, demos, retrospective, refinement and PI Planning)
- Coaching the Product Owners and Product Managers in managing the product backlog
- Building solid relationships within and outside of the team and create a trusting environment
- Encouraging self-organization and ownership
- Learning a lot and encourage continuous improvement
- Managing risks, dependencies and impediments to ensure teams efficiency
- Driving the team to continuously improve and self-organize
- Working with teams to orchestrate releases and deployments
- Coordinating different IT change initiatives
- Ensuring we meet audit and compliance requirements

- Previous work experience in IT and willigness to learn technical roadmap

- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Additional background and/or skillset, that are useful in this role:
- Previous experience with technical projects
- Jira, SharePoint and Confluence experience
- Experience in integrations and vendor management
- Preferably a Bachelor/Master level studies in IT
This is a permanent, full-time employment located in Helsinki (Vallila), but we offer hybrid model of working.
