Role description

We are looking for our very first AI / Copilot Lead. This is not a predefined role but a unique opportunity to step into the front row to build and lead our AI and Copilot initiatives from the ground up.

It is clear that AI is reshaping the landscape of Power Platform and low-code development, and we are already seeing the first clear signs of this shift. We are committed to staying at the forefront of the latest technological opportunities. The impact of AI extends across all Power Platform tools. As a result, your role will be a crucial part of ensuring the company's growth in the years ahead.

As our AI / Copilot Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping both our capabilities and our offering in this rapidly evolving space. Your contribution goes beyond technical leadership: you will also drive pre-sales engagement and solution sales, ensuring our AI solutions meet customer needs and create real business value.

The role will be tailored to match the competences and ambitions of our new AI / Copilot Lead so we welcome applications from different seniority levels.

In this role, you will:

• Assess and advise
  : Work with customers to discover their current AI maturity, translate ambitions into clear goals, and co-create roadmaps that turn vision into reality.
• Spot and shape opportunities
  : Identify where AI and Copilot can make the biggest difference – from productivity gains to entirely new services – and help bring those opportunities to life by guiding our customers together with sales and marketing.
• Provide strategic guidance
  : Define and communicate a clear vision for our AI, Agent, Copilot competence area, connecting technical possibilities with business strategy and making that vision tangible across the company.
• Raise the bar
  : Lead by example in how we build AI, Agentic, and Copilot solutions – from development quality to ways of working – and make sure our teams have the tools, support, and inspiration they need.
• Spark knowledge sharing
  : Launch and manage AI, Agent, and Copilot–specific groups and activities to facilitate internal knowledge exchange.
• Mentor and inspire
  : Be a mentor and sparring partner for colleagues, helping them grow their skills and confidence while shaping a culture of curiosity and learning.
• Stay ahead of the curve
  : Anticipate future competence needs, build the right skills early with the help of our team, and keep our AI, Agentic, and Copilot capabilities sharp and future-proof.
• Be a visible voice
  : Drive thought leadership by representing our AI and Copilot expertise with customers, at events, and in the wider tech community.

Must-have's:

• Solid technical foundation in AI/ML concepts and data analytics
• Experience with Python, React and/or other pro-code programming language.
• Technologies & terms, such as Azure AI Foundry, RAG, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and Hugging Face are not entirely new to you
• Experience in cloud environments, preferably Azure
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills: ability to guide teams, foster knowledge sharing, and develop competence areas
• Strategic thinking: ability to align AI, Agentic, and Copilot initiatives with business goals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both internally and with customers & other stakeholders
• Fluency in Finnish is seen as an advantage
• Proactive, driven, and comfortable building new ways of working
• Ability to act as a visible ambassador of AI competence, both within the company and in the wider community
• The role is located in Finland so you need to be located & have a valid residence and working visa in Finland - we do not provide support for relocation

Nice-to-have's:

• Experience with Power Platform or other low-code/no-code solutions
• Hands-on experience implementing generative AI or Copilot Studio-type solutions
• Demonstrated ability to identify commercial opportunities and support business growth
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members in AI / technology areas

Your background could be…

• From a large organization where you have built Power Platform and/or AI solutions among other things.
• From a startup or scale-up where you helped bring new technology to market.
• Or a combination of these or something else

This is a core role in our AI / Copilot consulting business, working hand in hand with our sales and business teams as well as our internal Advisors in Data, Power Platform, and beyond. We have highly experienced team to work with and to learn from – including 3 Microsoft MVPs – so for someone looking to learn and develop their skills with Microsoft tools even further, this is an excellent place to be

What to expect from the recruitment process:

• First meeting with Lasse, Co-founder, and Poola, People & Culture; plan is to get to know each other better and dig a bit deeper into the context of AI and the opportunities this role creates
• Second meeting with Olli, our CEO
• Preferred starting date according to agreement but hopefully as soon as possible

Our salary model offers levels based on skills and taking ownership. Your compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process based on the salary model. Expected starting salary can be within the range of €/month depending on your skill level and potential.
