Are you passionate about delivering high-quality IT services and building strong client relationships?

We're looking for a Service Administrator to join our team onsite full-time. You'll be supporting the management of a larger service under the guidance of a senior service manager. This is a great opportunity to work across systems, technical infrastructure, business processes and IT service provision, using multiple delivery channels.

You'll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team that values continuous improvement and proactive service delivery. Our culture is built on trust, innovation and a shared commitment to making a difference for our clients and partners.

What you will be doing:

  • Monitoring and measuring service delivery against performance indicators to demonstrate achievements against contract and SLA expectations.
  • Delivering services within agreed scope, timescales, financial and quality measures.
  • Supporting continuous service improvement and evolution through proactive engagement.
  • Ensuring effective client engagement and timely reporting and critical issue.
  • Identifying and helping lead service risks.
  • Championing delivery methodologies and tools.

What you'll bring:

  • Understanding of service delivery models.
  • Experience with SLA reporting and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Background in IT services.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work multi-functionally with internal and external partners.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on service excellence.

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience in contract management.
  • Membership of a recognised professional IT body.
  • Professional Service Management qualification such as ITIL.
  • Relevant sector experience.
