What is the job like really?
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of both Vincit and our customers. Your mission is to help our customers turn digital opportunities into real business results. You'll build and nurture strong relationships, consulting customers on how to fully leverage digitalization.
With your industry expertise and knowledge of digital business, you'll act as a trusted strategic partner. Helping customers identify growth opportunities, improve efficiency, and innovate through digital. You understand their business and industry deeply enough to have impactful conversations with management about business development, sales growth, operational improvement, and new business models.
*What are we looking for?*
Growth-Oriented and Strategic mindset: You drive growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships. You bring best practices and a clear vision for how to grow accounts into long-term, strategic partnerships.
Proven IT Consulting Sales Experience: You have a successful track record in selling digital consultancy services to large corporate customers and managing a portfolio worth millions of euros.
Strong Business and Industry Insight: You have a solid understanding of how digitalization, data & AI can enhance efficiency, enable innovation, and improve customer experience. You also bring in-depth experience from at least one industry, preferably private manufacturing, retail, or services and ideally from one or more of our service areas: SAP, Commerce, Data & AI, or Custom Software Development.
Trusted Business Developer: You can discuss business improvement, growth, and operational efficiency with senior leadership and help design new business models that create measurable results.
Language Proficiency and Flexibility: You communicate fluently in both English and Finnish and are comfortable traveling to various Vincit locations, especially in Helsinki and Tampere.
