Sr. Account Manager or Account Director

We are looking for an Account Manager (AM) with a demonstrated track record in solution selling to support the Everbridge Nordic Sales Team in new customer acquisition and growing business with our existing client base.
As an Account Manager in Everbridge you are going to sell the full suite of our solutions, develop relationships and close business opportunities directly with clients as well as through partners.
Nordic Sales Team
The Everbridge Nordic Sales Team is an international team focusing on both public and private sector clients. As a member of this dynamic team you make sure that Everbridge reaches and maintains a leading market position within Critical Event Management in the Nordics. You will be based in our Helsinki office, and travelling in Finland with occasional trips abroad.
Our team is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales numbers, whilst assuring 100% customer retention. In your role, you're expected to effectively coordinate and collaborate with a cross functional team of other Everbridge members, to create and nourish the relationship between customer and Everbridge.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding about our target buyer segment and good understanding of our products and existing competitive environment
- Prospect and identify new opportunities to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Implement a consultative, solution selling methodology
- Achieve your set quarterly and annual sales targets
- Work with Marketing and Business Development to execute campaigns
- Accurately manage and forecast your business using Salesforce
Basic Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or equivalent experience
- 2+ years consultative sales experience with SaaS or hosted software
- Successful experience in growing revenue within existing accounts
- Strong prospecting skills
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Business level Finnish and English language capabilities
Additional Qualifications
- Motivated, dedicated and self-starter mind set
- Ability to develop and manage a high volume of opportunities
- Analytical person with creative problem-solving skills
- Used to contacting and communicating with C-level personnel and IT management
- Experience using Salesforce
- Specialized Skills and Knowledge: Experience in the sale of ITSM solutions, System Monitoring & Management, Communication services, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery products are highly desirable
- Solution Selling is a plus
