As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Kuva Space, you'll lead our recruitment efforts, develop engaging employer branding content, and ensure new hires have a smooth onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, sourcing talent that aligns with our values and vision.

• Contribute in developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the space technology sector.

• Communicate efficiently with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective selection processes.

• Correspond with candidates, keeping them informed on our decisions and answering questions that may come up.

• Follow and keep up to date with policies and relevant legal regulations around recruitment topics.

2. Onboarding

• Assist in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and equipped for success.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver orientation sessions and training programs.

3. Employer Branding & Copywriting

• Craft compelling and engaging content for our employer branding initiatives across various platforms.

• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that enhance Kuva Space's employer brand visibility.

• Write job advertisements and other recruitment related content that reflects our brand voice and appeals to prospective candidates.

4. HR Assistance:

• Support HR with various tasks, including coordination of HR initiatives and projects.

• Assist in developing and updating HR policies and documentation as needed.

• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture that fosters growth and innovation.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or similar role.

• Experience in high-tech recruitments. 

• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.

• Exceptional copywriting skills, with experience in employer branding or marketing preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Ability to make quick decisions and work sustainably in a busy environment.

• Office presence required (Espoo).
