About our team
We are part of the Sanctions Management Service Domain in Technology, focusing on Financial Crime Prevention. Our work spans a complex IT landscape, handling large data volumes in extensive agile programs. We add value by understanding our stakeholders' needs and helping them create innovative and fit-for-purpose solutions through requirements engineering and system analysis & design. Our development activities cover various areas, including Regulatory solutions, Fraud detection and analytics, Anti Money Laundering, and Sanctions Management.
We collaborate closely with colleagues in virtual agile teams across the Nordics, Poland, and India. At Nordea, our diverse team hails from over 100 countries and speaks more than 20 languages. We are now looking for the Senior IT Analyst / Driver to join our Sanctions Management unit in Financial Crime Prevention Technology. Perform IT and data analysis, system design/development, and data modelling to support our development teams.Elicit functional and non-functional requirements supported by established frameworks and tools.Contribute to roadmaps and plans to ensure a modern, compliant, and performant system.Take lead and drive requirements and analysis work involving multiple stakeholders, ultimately designing sustainable and value-adding solutions.Build a contextual understanding of business processes on one hand and technical know-how of our solutions on the other.Develop our ways of working together with the team of Execution Leaders, Software Developers and IT Analysts.Your background / abilities:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science or a related field.Expertise in Data/IT analysis and Application Development for either on-premises or cloud-based solutions.Proficient in Requirement management.Strong ability to analyse requirements and engage with stakeholders beyond the Agile team, while effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence.Understanding of Information Oriented Application Integration.Excellent Stakeholder management skills.Preferably experience in developing systems for reporting and / or analysis.Experience in the banking sector and understanding of financial regulations.Expert and willingness to learn more about Financial Crime Prevention / Sanctions Management domain.Experience in Transformation programs within the banking sector is an additional asset.Growth mindset and ability to learn new technology quickly.What we offer:
