Mitä työ pitää sisällään?

Customer Support Coordinatorina toimit tärkeässä roolissa jäätelötoimituslogistiikan hallinnassa, myyntitiimiä avustavissa tehtävissä sekä asiakaspalvelussa.

Työtehtäviisi kuuluu muun muassa:

  • Tilausten organisointi SAP-järjestelmässä ja verkkokaupassa
  • Reklamaatioiden ja laskutuksen käsittely
  • Yhteistyö KAM:ien, myyntikentän, logistiikkatoimijoiden ja kuljettajien kanssa
  • Asiakaspalvelu puhelimitse ja sähköpostitse

Tiimissä työtehtäväsi voivat liittyä esimerkiksi logistiikkaan, myyntiin, tapahtumien koordinointiin tai toimistoa ylläpitäviin tehtäviin.

Työ alkaa 2025 loppuvuodesta tai 2026 alkuvuodesta joustavasti osa-aikaisena (0–37,5 h/vko), ja kevään edetessä (maalis–kesäkuu) tarjolla on kokoaikatyötä. Loppukesästä syksyn alkuun työmäärä mukautuu tarpeen mukaan. Työpäivät sijoittuvat arkipäiville klo 8–17 välillä. Suurin osa työpäivistä sijoittuu uudelle toimistollemme, ja perehdytyksen jälkeen etätyö on mahdollista esihenkilön osoittamina päivinä. Työsuhde on vuokratyösuhde Adeccolla.
