Do you enjoy traveling and meeting new customers?

You'll have the opportunity to travel at customer sites in Finland and the other Nordic countries. You are ideally based in Helsinki area with good connection to the local airport.

The role

In this role, you'll be part of a small dedicated international team working closely with customers to provide field-based support at customer sites in Finland and in other Nordic countries, as well as remote support of customers via phone and internet connection. We'll provide an excellent training program to support your development.

What will you be doing

You will join our dynamic Nordic customer support team of service engineers and application specialists, where customer satisfaction is always in focus. You will be responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of equipment of Micromeritics and Malvern Panalytical brand, with focus on related customers and instrument installed base.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Customer oriented and ready to go the extra mile to achieve the highest customer satisfaction,
• Have excellent hands-on technical and problem-solving skills,
• Ready to travel at short notice,
• You work well independently and you are always ready to support team members,
• Have preferably 3+ years field service experience within related industries,
• Have good communication skills (Finnish and English),
• Have Driving license (B),
• Education in Electronics, Medical Physics, Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics or comparable is advantageous.
