This is the role
As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in Evondos Group's FP&A team. With your reliable reports, sharp analyses and strong communication skills, you support the organization in achieving its objectives.

What You Will Do

• Preparing and managing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Managing month-end and year-end closings for timely and accurate reporting.
• Conducting in-depth deviation reporting, financial analyses and providing strategic advice.
• Maintaining and developing KPI reporting in BI environment.
• Conducting business reviews and helping business unit and group function management to optimize their results.
• Collaborating with various departments to monitor and achieve financial goals.

Hybrid work model.
Preferred location will be Evondos Group headquarters in Helsinki. Other Evondos offices in Finland and Netherlands are possible locations as well.

This could be you

• Enthusiastic, driven to achieve results and develop own work and financial processes.
• A master's degree in accounting, finance, business economics, or a similar field.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of private equity owned, international growth company's challenges.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Finnish or Dutch language. Other languages are benefit.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with financial software, ERP systems (Netsuite expertise is a benefit), BI tools (PowerBI etc.) and extensive knowledge of MS Excel.
• Management accounting focus, but thorough knowledge also on financial accounting principles.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
