Responsabilidades / ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Data & Analytics Specialist with strong experience in data projects, programming, and analytics tools. This role focuses on developing automated reporting solutions and driving process automation initiatives within a business services environment. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with project management skills and advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
- Design and develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Standardize reporting processes across operations.
- Interpret analysis results, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
- Define technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and SOPs for new projects.
- Communicate project updates and decisions throughout all phases.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Programming, Statistics, or related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in data projects.
- Project management experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Programming (Python, R, SQL) – mandatory.
- Data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) – mandatory.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Excel – advanced).
- Alteryx (nice to have).
- Certifications: Lean & Six Sigma
- Language: English B2 or higher (mandatory).
