Job Description

This role will involve supporting and learning from experienced Talent Acquisition Partners who lead end-to-end recruitment activities. You will work closely with our hiring managers to deliver targeted hiring strategies and attract top talent to Nokia.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the recruitment process from strategic alignment meetings to interview coordination.
  • Building partnerships with hiring managers and providing them with value-added hiring activities.
  • Exploring innovative ways of finding and attracting candidates.
Key Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Active student status in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with international team members.
  • Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
