Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to the business, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and other legal documents. They will also be involved in litigating disputes before the courts, representing the organization in matters involving supervisory authorities, and monitoring upcoming legislation to advise on potential impacts on the business. Additionally, they will participate in developing the legal function and take responsibility for the company's internal legal training.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong academic background in law, preferably with a master's degree, and 2-5 years of hands-on experience in debt collection, debt purchase, consumer protection law, and contract law. You should possess excellent legal, drafting, and advisory skills, as well as an analytical, determined, result-oriented, and self-motivated personality. Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way are essential, along with fluency in English and Finnish.
