IT Transformation Manager

Avery Dennison Corporation is a global leader in materials science and digital identification solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled IT Transformation Manager to join our team.

1. Define and Manage the Digital Journey: Collaborate with our leadership team, business teams, and project managers to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
2. IT Portfolio and Budget Management: Work closely with our IT function leaders and project managers to manage our IT portfolio, including budget planning, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
3. Business Partnership: Serve as a key business partner for our commercial and data analytics teams, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth and improvement.
4. Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
5. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and implement effective communication plans to engage stakeholders and ensure that they are informed and aligned with our IT initiatives.
6. Operational Activities: Manage the day-to-day operational activities of our IT department, including budget tracking, process definition, and role responsibility.
7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance our IT operations and services.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in project/portfolio management in an international organization, preferably in a similar role.
3. Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
5. Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively.
6. Experience with sales and marketing related applications is a plus.
