IT Transformation Specialist

Avery Dennison Corporation is a global leader in materials science and digital identification solutions. We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an IT Transformation Specialist.

1. Define and Manage the Digital Journey: Collaborate with our leadership team and business stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy.
2. IT Portfolio and Budget Management: Work closely with our IT function leaders and project managers to ensure effective portfolio management, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
3. Business Partnership and Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key business partner for our commercial and data analytics teams, providing strategic guidance and support.
4. Project and Program Management: Ensure proper project management processes are in place, and provide clear analysis and insight on portfolio financials, progress, quality, issues, and risks.
5. IT Communication and Governance: Develop and implement an effective IT communication plan, working closely with matrix teams to ensure clear visibility and alignment.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
2. Experience: Minimum 4 years of working experience in project/portfolio management in an international organization, with a solid track record of success.
3. Skills: Proactive, accountable, and resilient; attention to detail; strong stakeholder management capabilities; ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively.
