Sandvik Group is seeking a talented Aftermarket Service Representative to join our team. This is a permanent position in Finland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up spare parts, identifying parts, creating replacements, making recommendations, and finding alternative solutions. This role involves working closely with product support, engineering, sourcing, pricing, and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery of spare parts.

Applicants should have a suitable degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in technology or equivalent and some experience in engineering or aftermarket business. Experience in the heavy machinery and/or mining and construction business is highly valued. Fluency in English is necessary, and fluency in Finnish is seen positively as solutions are searched via specialist teams in the organization.

Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with clients, and effective teamwork and communication skills. A strong interest in working with experts across cultural boundaries is also essential.
