Your Mission

As a Compliance Officer at Ivy, you will oversee and enhance our AML/CTF compliance framework. This includes policies, procedures, and risk assessments. You will act as the MLRO, ensuring effective transaction monitoring, SAR reporting, and AML governance. You will provide regulatory oversight for onboarding processes, ensuring robust KYB/CDD checks for all customer segments.

You will be responsible for owning the internal compliance training, ensuring that first-line teams operate within the defined compliance framework. You will lead regulatory reporting and audits, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to authorities.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of AML regulations, including Finnish AML Law and PSD2 requirements. You should have prior experience as an MLRO or Senior Compliance Officer in a regulated financial institution.
