We are seeking a talented Finnish AI trainer to join our remote team at Alignerr. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI in the Finnish language while enjoying a flexible work schedule.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for analyzing and providing feedback on AI-generated outputs related to the Finnish language.
  • Using your expertise, you will provide step-by-step solutions and explanations to complex problems in Finnish.
  • As part of our quality control process, you will utilize your deep understanding of the field to identify potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to the Finnish language.
  • Problem Solving: Using your expertise, you will provide step-by-step solutions and explanations to complex problems in Finnish.
  • Quality Control: Utilize your deep understanding of the field to identify potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in or have completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Fluent proficiency in the Finnish language.
  • Possess a strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
  • Have a critical eye and the ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
  • Professional writing experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar roles.
  • Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Pay Rate: $15-$150 USD per hour
