Procurement Director

Lumene Group, a leading Nordic beauty company, is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to drive strategic growth and excellence in our procurement function. As a Procurement Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our procurement strategy, leading a team of 8 procurement professionals, and driving digitalization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy a procurement strategy aligned with the company's strategic focus areas.
• Lead and coach the procurement organization to achieve excellence in procurement processes.
• Establish and implement long-term goals for the function to promote effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee supplier contract development and price management.
• Manage and further develop current procurement processes and policies with a focus on enhancing organizational value and efficiency.
• Develop and enhance our sustainable sourcing program.
• Strong integration and input to the company's NPD process.
• Drive digitalization aspects of the area.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Several years of related experience, with at least some years of supervisory experience.
• Expertise in direct & indirect purchasing, supplier collaboration, and development.
• Strategic, results-oriented, and metrics-driven mindset.
• Outstanding team building and leadership skills.
• Fluent English; Finnish language skills are an advantage.
