Procurement Director

Lumene Group, a leading Nordic beauty company, is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to drive strategic growth and excellence in our procurement function. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our procurement strategy, leading a team of procurement professionals, and driving digitalization initiatives.

• Develop and deploy a procurement strategy aligned with our company's strategic focus areas.
• Lead and coach a team of 8 procurement professionals responsible for direct purchases across our brand portfolio.
• Establish and implement long-term goals for the procurement function to promote effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
• Develop and enhance our sustainable sourcing program.
• Oversee supplier contract development and price management.
• Manage and further develop current procurement processes and policies to enhance organizational value and efficiency.
• Drive digitalization initiatives in the procurement area.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Several years of related experience, with at least some years of supervisory experience.
• Expertise in direct & indirect purchasing, supplier collaboration, and development.
• Strategic, results-oriented, and metrics-driven mindset.
• Outstanding team building and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, driven approach.
• Fluent English, Finnish language skills are an advantage.
