As a Total Rewards Manager, you will lead the development and execution of a holistic global performance and rewards strategy across all Rovio locations.

You will collaborate closely with compensation benchmarking partners, external consultants, and our parent company, Sega, to align and further develop our rewards strategies. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and interacting with the Leadership team, you will act as an expert in compensation and reward matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing compensation and benefits programs that align with company performance and strategic objectives
  • Managing global reward programs, focusing on daily operational excellence and compliance
  • Collaborating with the People and Finance teams to develop processes that leverage internal or external resources to manage daily operational tasks
  • Designing and preparing communication and execution of reward programs across the organisation
  • Driving data analysis activities to monitor the effectiveness of existing rewards programs and conducting market trend analyses and benchmarking
  • Advising Rovio's leadership on pay-related matters in critical decisions
