The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in warehousing, transportation, or load planning. Experience in supplier negotiations and contracting is also essential.
The role involves collaborating with several passionate colleagues and suppliers globally, providing support to Manufacturing Teams, Business Units (BUs), and 3rd party suppliers, and driving logistics cost competitiveness through design-to-cost development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, implement, and develop economic, safe, and sustainable packaging, storage, and transportation methods for all items and types of transportation.
- Prepare required item and equipment-specific packaging, storage, and transport guidelines and provide required trainings.
- Manage required transport, storage, and packaging-related development projects, including OOG and DGR.
- Conduct logistics quality related audits at Manufacturing, BUs, and 3rd party Suppliers, if required.
