We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Helsinki. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, providing valuable insights, and reporting directly to our Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities

  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
  2. Accounting Operations: Manage accounting processes, ensuring financial compliance and accuracy.
  3. Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions.
  4. Project-Based Work: Collaborate on special projects, such as taxation and financial analysis.

  6. Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting.

  3. Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address complex financial challenges.
  4. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to change and take calculated risks.
  5. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  6. Work Authorization: Eligibility to work in Finland.
