The Royal Caribbean Ambassador serves as the face of our company, providing exceptional guest experiences and exceeding their expectations. This role requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual who can deliver personalized service and ensure that every guest feels valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, responsive, and courteous at all times.
  2. Actively listen to guest concerns and respond promptly to resolve issues.
  3. Maintain a strong guest satisfaction disposition and possess outstanding hospitality skills.
  4. Communicate effectively with guests, department heads, and shipboard employees to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.

Requirements: Minimum one-year experience in a customer contact position within the hotel field or related industry. Proven customer service skills to interact appropriately with guests in a considerate, professional, and positive manner.

Language Skills:
  1. Required to speak English clearly and distinctly.
  2. Aptitude to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures.
  3. Ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish is essential.
