About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR function in Finland. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the success of our business and create a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Lead the development of personnel management practices and maximize employee experience.
  3. Create synergy and efficiency in HR practices through collaboration with the HR team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Several years of experience in leading HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
  2. A good understanding of business and a passion for people.
  3. M&A experience and the ability to work in an international matrix organization.
  4. A suitable university-level degree and fluency in Finnish and English.

You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into smooth and efficient personnel practices. You will be a natural leader who can inspire and motivate others to achieve our goals.
