As a Tax Controller at Wärtsilä Corporation, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class IT services and operating the ICT landscape. This role requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tax and statutory reporting compliance
  • Managing local tax registrations
  • Communication with local tax authorities
  • Reporting VAT transactions

You will work closely with the Taxation Center of Expertise team to ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations. This role also involves Transfer Pricing documentation and ensuring that the company's intercompany transactions are accurately reflected in the Transfer Pricing template.

Requirements
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of SAP and other relevant reporting tools
  • Bachelor or Master's level university education or equivalent
  • Several years of working experience in taxation and finance
