About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Manager, Management Systems to join our team working towards a sustainable future. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer expectations and regulatory requirements are met. This includes monitoring customer satisfaction, nonconformities, risks, and auditing of processes and operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the Business Line audit programme, leading internal audits and participating in 2nd and 3rd party audits.
  • Coordinate periodical Management Reviews, ensure actuality of BL main governing documents, e.g. Management Manual, Procedures, KPIs, etc.
  • Ensure EHSS alignment in the different sites.
  • Support BL and other ongoing projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience of working within Wärtsilä Global Logistics Services and Supply Management Business Line.
  • 5-year experience as a qualified internal auditor in ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018 standards.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • A proactive mindset and a drive to get things done.
  • A true team player who enjoys facilitating continuous improvement.
