We are seeking a seasoned procurement expert to spearhead our tactical sourcing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sourcing services in a timely manner, independently leading RFx processes, negotiations, and contracting for small value projects, and optimizing Source to Pay processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure operational efficiency in tactical sourcing services.
  • Lead independently RFx, negotiations, and contracting for small value projects, aligning with strategic sourcing to obtain best value.
  • Contribute to optimizing Source to Pay processes and developing procurement systems.
  • Report volumes, performance, and selected KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in the procurement/supply management field in addition to an academic or higher vocational degree.
  • Proven track record of leading sourcing project execution, negotiations, and contracting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Awareness of technical and legal requirements is a plus.
