Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales enablement strategies. You will lead cross-functional teams and develop sales training content to enhance skills and role-specific success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and develop a team within the Sales Programs environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning experiences with business goals
  • Support the development of the Revenue Enablement Quarterly Roadmap
Requirements

You must have 1-2+ years of experience in a team lead or direct people management role. Strong analytical skills and experience working with enablement tools are required.
