Acquisition Strategist

Our team of software engineers and system architects develop cutting-edge software and procure hardware from top suppliers to create flexible and secure satellites.

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Finland or UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting technical requirements for spacecraft production, identifying potential suppliers, and developing procurement strategies.

• Closely collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements for materials, components, design, and quality.
• Identify, onboard, and coordinate with vendors and material suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts with third-party vendors, including price agreements, service level arrangements, and exception handling.
• Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for raw materials, goods, components, or services required by the company.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, or Robotics procurement or a related field, along with 5-10 years of experience in the GEO space industry.
