Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. Our company specialises in providing turnkey data centre solutions, offering services from design through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning. We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight. We are seeking a Site Administrator to support our team in the following key responsibilities: **Key Responsibilities:**

* Monitoring and inputting hours on timesheets
* Arranging meetings on site and taking minutes
* Controlling all delivery dockets and checking sign-in sheets
* Filing all site paperwork, including employee training records and safety files
* General administrative duties including filing, typing, photocopying, organising couriers, and faxing
* Time administration and project documentation
* Exporting files as needed

**Requirements:**

* Strong administration skills with a minimum of 2 years' experience, ideally in the construction industry
* Strong competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to liaise and manage all site paperwork
* Experience in the construction or engineering industry is an advantage but not essential
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
