Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of attorneys responsible for supporting patent licensing.
  • Supervising and reviewing draft agreements, correspondence, economic proposals, and other related matters.
  • Providing feedback and guidance on opportunities to continuously evaluate and improve related business processes and licensing/legal templates.

Other key responsibilities may include executing general licensing and intellectual property matters, lending support to the company's M&A, patent enforcement, and compliance activities, and contributing to international litigation activities.
