- Master's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Economics & Business Administration
- Excellent Management and Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading successful IT organizations and operating model transformations, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Proven Track Record of Partnering and Managing Complex Outsourced IT Service Operations: Proven ability to partner and manage complex outsourced IT service operations and development, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Experience in Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement Frameworks and Methodologies: Experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement frameworks and methodologies, such as ITIL, Agile, and Lean.
- Currently Working in a Global >1BN Company or with a System Integrator in a Senior IT Position
- Solid Financial Knowledge: Proven ability to manage IT spending, improve efficiency, and make business case modeling, with a minimum of 10 Meur per annum scale.
- Proactive and Goal-Focused Attitude: Proactive and goal-focused attitude, with excellent influencing and decision-making skills.
- Good Knowledge of ICT Operations, Cloud, Service Management, and Workplace Areas
- Fluent Written and Spoken English and Advanced Presentation Skills
