About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Invoicing Specialist to join our Invoicing and A/R team in Helsinki. As a trusted member of our team of 5 professionals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales invoicing and customer dunning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and efficient invoices for our global customer base
  • Maintain customer data in our ERP system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Act as a primary point of contact for invoicing-related matters, both internally and externally
  • Investigate and resolve external and internal inquiries related to invoicing
  • Manage the dunning process, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers
  • Assist with other financial control-related tasks, as needed
Requirements
  • Suitable education, such as a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience in finance/accounting software, particularly NetSuite ERP, is considered an advantage
